New Policy for Member Registration

Dear all,

Since it has been noticed that spammers have been posting junk messages on these forums, the new member enrolment policy has been changed with immediate effect.

All new members would require to be approved by the Administrators before their membership is activated.

Inconvenience caused to genuine new members is regretted.
