Vishwa prarthana as Hallo Tune for all mobile phone network

Vittal Vittal everybody ,
    I was thinking about this subject that if we can arrange the viswa prarthana as Hallo Tune for all mobile networking then it is way of spreading the vibration of prarthana in all over.I am in confusion that  to whom i can this so that this idea will be success.
    So please give me guidance

Good Idia..

You can do it only thing it is very costly opting .. (for indusial ) You have to dial 4560728..and then chose opting record my own  after that you have to play vishwa prathna   After that you can choose this as a dialer tone..

Call charges are Rs.7/- per min.  Time taken for set dialer tone activity is more in additional to above Rs.30/- pm is extra charge.

I have already word with idia cellular in this regard for creation of dialer tone but there is issue of copy right. 

However it is possible only thing we need proper permission form JVM trust.
