अंतर्मनात प्रचंड शक्ती असली तरी अंतर्मन हे बहिर्मनाच्या दबावाखाली नांदत असते. जे विचार बहिर्मनात मुरतात, ते अंतर्मनात जाउन उरतात आणि अंतर्मन आपल्या प्रचंड शक्तीच्या सहाय्याने ते विचार सफल करण्याचा प्रयत्न करते. दिव्य साधनेच्या प्रभावाने बहिर्मन वितळते आणि बहिर्मन आणि अंतर्मन ह्यांचे एक रसायन तयार होते. ही दिव्य साधनेची युक्ती खरे सद्गुरु शिकवितात.

म्हणजे चांगले विचार बहिर्मनांत घोळवत ठेवणे मुरवणे हिच ती युक्ती का ? आपण प्रार्थना करतो तेव्हा हीच युक्ती वापरत असतो का ? तसे असेल तर मला वाटते की चांगले विचार बहिर्मनांत सतत घोळवत ठेवणे मुरवणे हीच युक्ती मला प्रथम शिकली पाहिजे.
त्यानंतर माझे चांगले विचार बहिर्मनात मुरतील, व अंतर्मनात जाउन उरतील.
हा पल्ला गाठल्यानंतर मग पुठचा टप्पा म्हणजे
अंतर्मन आपल्या प्रचंड शक्तीच्या सहाय्याने ते विचार सफल करण्याचा प्रयत्न करेल
मात्र दिव्य साधनेच्या प्रभावाने बहिर्मन वितळते आणि बहिर्मन आणि अंतर्मन ह्यांचे एक रसायन तयार होते. ही खूपच पुढची पायरी असावी.
पण हे सर्व माझा पुढचा प्रवास कसा होईल याचे ऊत्तर होईल.
मला वाटते की बहिर्मनात असलेली युक्ती याबाबत सदगुरुंना काहितरी वेगळे सांगावयाचे असावे.

Since you mentioned that you are a new member, I will try to reply based on my understanding of Satguru's teachings. First you should get Sadguru's Anugraha.
If you have not understood something, I suggest, you should ask Satguru himself when you get an opportunity.
You should read all the books in the following sequence:
1)Dnyaneshancha Sandesh
2)Amrut Manthan
3)Andhar Andhashradhdhecha
4)Tuch Ahes Tuzya jeevanacha Shilpakar
5)Jeevanvidhyecha Mangal Kalash
6)Sugandh Jeevanvidyecha
7)Towards the Goal of Beautiful Life
8)Sharir Sakshat Parmeshwar
9)Tumacha Utkarsha Tumachya Hatat

I have assumed that you have already read Shantisukhacha Rajmarg.

If you read these books after Sadguru's Anugraha (guidance), then your understanding of the same will be much better. Otherwise you may gather a lot of information, without knowing how to use it and where to use it.
What Satguru wants to say can be explained by Satguru himself or some other person who has reached that position. Other people like me can explain you a simple thing in too many words without understanding the meaning behind it.
For quick reading you may "Your destiny in Your Thoughts" and? chapter Sakshatkar in the book A"ndhar Andhashradhdhecha".
You should read "Your destiny in Your Thoughts" to understand why "You are the Architect of your own destiny".

Since you mentioned that you are a new member, I will try to reply based on my understanding of Satguru's teachings. First you should get Sadguru's Anugraha.

I will write on this suggestion after some time. Because first I should think and find out why I am attracted to JeevanVidya Mission. Please let me fix my goal first. Only After that the way to achieve the goal can be determined. I will let you know all the process and outcome from it if you are interested. For the present I am just thinking a lot on the issue. After all it is a time consuming process.

If you have not understood something, I suggest, you should ask Satguru himself when you get an opportunity.

No doubt, Studing under direct guidance of Satguru will be the happiest and most perfect way.
But I have some questions
1) If I have not understood some points then will it be OK to wait and keep mum till I get the opportunity? or ;
I should try my best to get the points cleared with the help of all resources available to me.
2) Suppose you had some query long ago and you got the answer from Satguru when you got the opportunity. Now I am facing the same query and got it cleared directly from Satguru. This may also happens to other members also. It means that we are expecting Satguru to guide us on the same topic now and then.
3) But with the help of this forum I may get the correct answer. How? I am trying to explain this latter.

I reside in Pune. There was a shop of JeevanVidya Mission in Shaniwar Peth which is closed for one month for its shifting to khothrood area. It means that though I intend to purchase entire set of books, I will not get any book till the end of May 2006.

I have assumed that you have already read Shantisukhacha Rajmarg.

I have and red Tuch Ahes Tuzya jeevanacha Shilpakar on 29th April 2006. Before that day I was totally unaware about the JeevanVidya Mission or books published by it.

If you read these books after Sadguru's Anugraha (guidance), then your understanding of the same will be much better. Otherwise you may gather a lot of information, without knowing how to use it and where to use it.

1) Yes I do agree to some extent. Suppose you and I are friends. Sorry! You and I are best friend. I had some problem and I told it to you. You suggested me something. If you are correct then it will be beneficial to me and vise versa. Here entire situation is between you and me. No other will know it. But on the platform of this forum all we know my problem and your answer. and if there is something wrong some will point it out. At the same time if it is perfect one the others will back up.
2) One additional advantage of this : If the same question arises in the mind of any other member He/She will get the answer ready without posting any query.

1) I got the phone number of Mr.Shailesh Joshi (जोशी वडेवाले) from the book itself (तूच आहेस तुझ्या जीवनाचा शिल्पकार) Mrs. Joshi took the phone and advised me to contact at Kasturi Mastani which is very much near from the  home. I went there personally. Though the entire set was not available with them, I got a assurance from them that they will  arrange for entire set tomorrow evening. I am going to collect it tomorrow.

लहानपणी रात्री झोप येत नसेल तर मी आईकडे "झोप येत नाहिय्ये " अशी तक्रार करायचो.? तेव्हा आई मला सांगत असे "अरे श्रीराम श्रीराम असे म्हणत राहा. आपोआप झोप येते." मी तसे करत असे व मला झोप कधी लागली ते कळतही नसे.

प्रत्यक्षात डोक्यांत असलेल्या विचांरांमुळेच झोप येत नसणार.? ते विचार शमल्याशिवाय कशी बरे झोप येणार ?? पण हे कळण्याचे ते वय नव्हते.

मनांत जे विचार येत असतात ते आपण म्हणू त्या क्षणी थांबवणे ही काय सोपी गोष्ट आहे का ? पण आईने सुचवलेल्या युक्तीने ते सहज व विनासायास साधत असे.

थोडक्यात सांगायचे म्हणजे "विश्वप्रार्थना" हिच बहिर्मनाची युक्ती आहे, जिच्याद्वारे आपण अंतर्मनात चांगल्या विचारांची पेरणी करु शकतो. ह्या सर्व प्रकारमध्ये बहिर्मन हे महत्त्वाचे (आणि आवश्यक) माध्यम असल्यामुळे सद्गुरुंनी त्याच्या उपयोगाला युक्ती असे संबोधले असावे असे वाटते. शिवाय ह्यात मनातले विचार थांबवणे अभिप्रेत नाही, तर त्यांना योग्य दिशा देणे अभिप्रेत आहे (कारण श्रीराम जप अथवा प्रार्थना म्हणणे म्हणजे इष्ट विचार घोळवणेच आहे, थांबवणे नाही).

तुझ्या उत्तराने खरोखरच आनंद झाला.

आईने मला सुचवलेली युक्ती ही जरी युक्ती असली तरी ती युक्ती त्या विशिष्ट परिस्थितीतच उपयोगी होती.? त्या युक्तीचा वापर आपल्या लहानग्या मुलाला झोप यावी इतपतच कोणालाही करता येईल.? म्हणून त्या युक्तीला कनिष्ठ दर्जाची युक्ती म्हणावी लागेल.

या उलट विश्वप्रार्थनेच्या युक्तीचे आहे.? ही युक्ती कुठल्याही परिस्थितीत, कुठल्याही माणसाला, कुठेही वापरता येते.? म्हणून ती श्रेष्ठ दर्जाची आहे.

म्हणून तुझ्या उत्तरात अशी सुधारणा करता येऊ शकेल.

थोडक्यात सांगायचे म्हणजे "विश्वप्रार्थना" हिच बहिर्मनाची युक्ती आहे,

"विश्वप्रार्थना" ही जगातील सर्वश्रेष्ठ अशा बहिर्मनातील तीन युक्त्यांपैकी एक युक्ती आहे.

१) पहिली युक्ती म्हणजे "Live and let live"
२) दुसरी युक्ती म्हणजे "प्रार्थना" आणि
३) तिसरी युक्ती म्हणजे "नामस्मरण"

या संदर्भात तुच आहेस तुझ्या जीवनाचा शिल्पकार पान क्र. २२५ वर सदगुरु लिहितात.

" याच्या उलट वरील सर्व गोष्टीला माया कारणीभूत आहे हे जर लक्षात आले तर परमार्थात कष्टाची गरज नसून युक्तीची गरज आहे हे तात्काळ लक्षात येते. म्हणूनच संत सांगतात -

सहज देव असतचि असे ।? सायासे फुटे नासे ।
म्हणूनि सहज सांडोनि? ?।? सायासी पडोचि नये "

थोडक्यात यावरुन असे म्हणता येऊ शकेल की,
परमार्थांत युक्त्या वापराव्याच लागतात.? मात्र जी युक्ती परिस्थिती सापेक्ष आहे ती कनिष्ठ दर्जाची समजता येईल व ज्या युक्तीला स्थळ काळाचे बंधन नाही जी कोणालाही वापरता येते, ती श्रेष्ठ दर्जाची युक्ती होय.

शिवाय ह्यात मनातले विचार थांबवणे अभिप्रेत नाही, तर त्यांना योग्य दिशा देणे अभिप्रेत आहे (कारण श्रीराम जप अथवा प्रार्थना म्हणणे म्हणजे इष्ट विचार घोळवणेच आहे, थांबवणे नाही).

हे उत्तर मला तितकेसे पटलेले नसले तरी कारण मात्र सांगता येत नाहीय्ये.? विचार थांबवणे म्हणजे नेमके काय? व विचारांना दिशा देणे म्हणजे नेमके काय ? यावर मला विचार करायला थोडा वेळ हवाय.

युक्ती या विषयावर मी स्वत:हून हा प्रयत्न चालू केलाय कारण ;
तुच आहेस तुझ्या जीवनाचा शिल्पकार या ग्रंथात पान क्र. १७९ वर सदगुरुंनी दिलेल्या द्दुष्टांन्ताप्रमाणे सदगुरुरुपी आई आपल्याला सांगत आहे / शिकवत आहे. मात्र त्याच द्दुष्टांतात दिल्याप्रमाणे लेकराची जी चूक होणे शक्य आहे ती टाळावयाची आहे.? थोडक्यात सदगुरु आपल्याला जे करायला सांगतात त्याचा मतितार्थ लक्षात घेऊन आपण आपली साधना केली पाहिजे.

मी अशीच एक युक्ती गेले ८-१० दिवस वापरत आहे.? पहिल्या ५-६ दिवसातच मला अपेक्षेपेक्षा खूपच फायदा होतोय. त्या संबंधी लिहावेसेही वाटतेय पण ही युक्ती फलद्रुप का झाली याचाच सद्या विचार करतोय.

तुझ्या उत्तरामूळे परत नव्याने विचार करायला प्रवॢत्त झालो त्याबद्दल तुझे आभार.

नमस्कार शाम,

विचार थांबवणे व वळवणे ह्यावर पुढील विचारमंथन करता येईल.

सामान्य मनुष्याच्या बाबतीत त्याच्या बहिर्मनामध्ये एका क्षणात हजारो विचार येउन जातात तरी त्याला त्याचा पत्ताच नसतो. वास्तविक आपले उद्दिष्ट मनामध्ये चांगल्या विचारांची जोपासना करणे व वाईट विचारांना मनातून हाकलून लावणे हे असते. त्यासाठी विचारांवर सावधचित्त होऊन लक्ष ठेवता आले पाहिजे (ह्यासाठी विश्वप्रार्थना मदत करते). असे केल्याने विचारनिर्मितीचे प्रमाण आपोआप घटते.

अशाप्रकारे वाईट विचारांची हाकालपट्टी केल्यामुळे विचार (चांगल्या दिशेने) वळवण्याचे कामही आपोआप होते.

संचित - प्रारब्ध - क्रियमाणाच्या भाषेत सांगायचे झाल्यास, वरील प्रकारांनी माणूस इष्ट विचारांच्या सहाय्याने संचितातून पूण्याची (इष्ट प्रारब्धाची) उचल करतो व त्याचवेळी तो इष्ट क्रियमाणही साधत असतो (ज्यायोगे इष्ट नियती निर्माण होते).

मी पहिली एक चूक केली ती म्हणजे "विचार थांबवणे" असे म्हणण्याऎवजी "अनिष्ट विचार थांबवणे" असे म्हणावयास पाहिजे होते.

तरीपण अनिष्ट विचार थांबवणे किंवा वाईट विचारांना मनातून हाकलून लावणे या पेक्षा तू म्हणतोस त्याप्रमाणे विश्वप्रार्थना करणे हेच जास्त योग्य होईल असे वाटतेय.

दोन्हीतून जरी आपण तेच साधत असलो तरी अनिष्ट विचार थांबवणे असो की हाकलून देणे असो त्यामधे नकारात्मक दॢष्टिकोन आहे. या उलट विश्वप्रार्थना करणे किंवा करावयास सांगणे हा सकारात्मक दॢष्टिकोन आहे.

I would like to read your posts after your reading of "Tumache Bhagya tumachya vicharat" (or Your Destiny in your Thoughts) "Shantisukhacha Rajmarg" (Or Royal Road to Peace and Happiness) and "Sakshatkar" in book Andhar Andhashradhdhecha". I am sure you will find replies to most of your questions in these references. I have suggested these references for your selfstudy.
