Namonamah,

Since I am not personally acquainted with anyone whom I know to be a naamdhaarak, I keep on asking my friends about it. One friend told an anecdote of one of his colleagues at work. This naamdhaarak was told in a JV meeting that if he cannot chant VP due to mental involvement in other activities, he should at least listen to it a 1000 times. For a few days, he dutifully followed the advice, but one day, the peace in the office was shattered by a screech.... This great guy had digitally compressed 1000 chants of VP into a half minute screech!!

May God give him chaanglee bud-dhee!

regards

Dear MK,
We advise people to avoid doing such experiments at workplace.
Satguru says, Prapanch karava janat, paramartha karava manat.
Especially ones parmartha shouldn't become cause of nuisance to people around them.

May God bless all,
Deepak

Namonamah
Dear Deepakjee,
Thanks. Your directives to Naamdhaaraks to be discreet and maintain decorum at public places are really laudable. Possibly that is one reason why I have not been able to identify a Naamdhaark from among my acquaintances.

I had posted this anecdote with a different purpose. Does listening to a highly compressed VP help? I suppose it does not, but an authoritative answer would help.

Thanks
Regards

 Namaskaar to all,

Dear Milindji,

When we are enchanting VP or naam,  bhav- thought in our mind is very imp.  For the beginners to start with Satguru says that , “yeil taisa bol Ramkrushn Hari” or VP.

VP is full of all good thoughts so while enchanting VP if  we pay attention to it’s meaning, then it is good way of enchanting VP. Shri. Satguru has asked to enchant VP in this manner some time back.

Listening to VP carefully paying attention to it’s meaning is good way of doing sadhana because our mind will be concentrated on good thoughts but compressing VP and listening to it, is the absurd way of doing sadhana and it would not serve any purpose and it is a act of nuisance to others as mentioned by our Global Moderator Shri Deepak. and it should never ever be followed.
