with maximum chanting of the vishwaprarthana we decrease the number of people who make negative comments/behaviors from coming near us beacuse we attract positive forces/ thoughts/people with the constant chanting of the vishwaprarthana. So when I encounter negative situations or behaviors from others, I take is as a sign that I have to increase my vishwaprarthana - my grandfather puts it as prarthana kami padali mahnun ase zale.

Namaskar Gargi,

I have made the words bold in your post.? These words themselves are stating your status.?

1) The word "encounter" states that you are becoming alert or your awareness is increasing. This is the very good sign of your improvement.? When we become alert then only we possess the power to change our thoughts or direct our thoughts or regulate our thoughts.

2) Because of the the word "constant" in your post you have got the power of encountering negative thoughts.?

Both the words are directly related to each other.? Constant VishwaPrarthana make us alert and this alertness tell us to pray VishwaPrarthana whenever we detect the negative thought.

I am trying to explain with an example.
In our school days we were used to wear uniform.? The class teacher while entering in the class room was able to detect a student who is not in the uniform within a single glance.? Here I want to say that the teacher possess the power of detecting the student who is not in uniform because all others are in the uniform.? In other words because of the school's rule of wearing uniform,? the teacher achieves the awareness.

Now to know how VishwaPrarthana works, we will try to interchange the terms as under in the above example.
teacher = self
student = thought
student in uniform = positive thought
student not in uniform = negative thought
Class room = conscious mind
School rule = constant VishwaPrarthana

I am very much happy with your post.? ? I thank you very much as your post helped me to express myself.? Your grandfather is guiding you well.? Please convey my Namaskar to him.

As an outcome of the process within the first three days,
1) The bitterness of these memories were decreasing slowly on its every recursion.

ShamBhagwat

It is very difficult job for me to post my thoughts in English after studying the JeevanVidya Philosophy in Marathi language.? But till I am trying.

I think, when unwanted situations takes place the said event is noted with every details in our subconscious mind as per our JeevanVidya theory.? While recording such incidents all our emotions such as our anger, sorrow, unpleasantness etc. are also get recorded (along with its intensity).? The subconscious mind is not dealt with the good or bad of such recording.? It only knows to record and keep it up-to-date and return to conscious mind when it becomes necessary.

It is one of the routine housekeeping duty of our subconscious mind to transmit these recording now and then to conscious mind. The main objective of this is to refresh / update the old recording.? Accordingly subconscious mind transmit the recording to conscious mind, which it feels appropriate to transmit .?

Here, while performing the work of housekeeping, if revision of such recording is not done, then, the subconscious mind cannot determine what to do with all the information.? It wants to know from our conscious mind whether all these information is to be kept at the top of all or at least at a such place from where all the details will be retrieved efficiently with minimum efforts.? Otherwise the subconscious mind wants to shift all the information to some other place which will be less convenient for its retrieval.

But the subconscious mind cannot take the decision as all the recording and it's place also have been fixed as per the instructions of the conscious mind.? The only way remains with the subconscious mind to send it to conscious mind and to await for further instructions from conscious mind in this regards.

As a result all the details are made available to conscious mind including the emotions and the intensity of such emotions.? On receipts of these details the conscious mind transform itself according to them.? Thereafter the conscious mind adds new details, if any.? If the conscious mind feels that the information so received is important then it use its power of imagination and increase or decrease the intensity of the emotions, makes revision and fill up the loop holes if any exists.? All the revised information is recorded by the subconscious mind as the updated version of the old recording.

If the conscious mind reacts to the information received and sends it back to subconscious mind in the same way and in the same fashion (i.e. which is in accordance with the earlier recording) then subconscious mind understand the meaning of it? The information is kept intact and additional details, if any made available to it are also combined with the old one to make it all as a single parcel.? It also make a strong note of its recursion

When the old information and the revised/updated information is not contradictory then the subconscious mind? has no problem to store it. But when the revised information is exactly opposite or not in accordance with the original one, then the subconscious mind get confused.? For example, if the original incident which is recorded with some anger, and if on receipt of such information, the conscious minds starts VishvaPrarthana or starts to bless the concerned person,? then these blessing comes to the subconscious mind for recording.? Here subconscious mind is expecting the information or thoughts with some anger as a return value, but getting good thoughts with some quantum of love.? To resolve such data conflict, the subconscious mind sends all the old information with some extra force.? That is why we have to pray VishvaPrarthana with some greater force.?

But if we continue the VishvaPrarthana with some grater force,? then the subconscious mind realise that there is no data conflict and stops to send the old information repeatedly.? Accordingly these blessing and some quantum of emotion of love is also get stored along with? the old information.

After some time interval,? when such revised information is again transmitted to conscious mind,? the conscious mind gets the information which now includes some blessing etc.
Therefore, when we remember such incident again, we are in comfortable position than earlier because the bitterness of the original situation is decreased considerably because of the additional recording of our blessings etc.

Conclusion :

1) When the subconscious mind transmits the details of the old unhappy incident, that particular point of time is the most appropriate time to take chance to decrease the bitterness of such incident.? That is why we should be cautious so that we will not miss the bus.? For this purpose, it is important to acquire the skill of awareness.? This skill can be achieved with constant praying VishvaPrarthana or NamJap.

2) When the subconscious mind records the unwanted unpleasant incident the concerned unwanted person acquires a small piece of land in our subconscious mind.? But at the time of rehearsal of the incident he uses the power of our subconscious mind to construct his house on the land so acquired by him.? If we try to enlarge such recording with the help of our imagination power and that too with some emotions, then that person is able to build a skyscraper.? We should not allow him to do that.? Instead we should pray VishvaPrarthana for him so that some blessing will be sowed on the piece of land so acquired by him.? This will prevent him to use the land so acquired and in long run we will be able to get the hold of the said piece of land in our custody.

Namaskar Suhas,

I was facing the same problem.? Amit helped me.? I am reproducing the answer of Amit.? You will get some more information in the topic "Welcome to JeevanVidya Discussion Forum"

ShamBhagwat

  • Go to Control Panel -> Regional Options
  • Select "Indic" under "Language settings for the system"
  • Click "OK", the system will ask you to restart
  • Restart the system
  • Install Baraha 6.0 from http://www.baraha.com
  • Start Baraha Direct 6.0 and press F12
  • In the configuration screen select "Marathi" as Indian language and UNICODE as Output format
  • Whenever you want to type in Marathi press F11 and then type (press F11 again to type in English). Note that you don't need to select any special font for doing this. You can type in Marathi at almost anywhere like in notepad, Start Menu->Run edit box, MS Word etc.
  • Don't use non-standard browsers that use engines of IE/Netscape in the background (e.g. Deepnet Explorer). I have found out that the edit box under Deepnet Explorer prints ?? characters instead of devnagari characters.

Happy editing... Smiley

when do u make time 2 write so much?

This is a personal question but till I am replying as all of us are the member of JeevanVidya Family.

See. I am a deaf person.? 70+ % by right ear and 50+% by left ear.? Therefore, I cannot take part in cinema, drama, TV, Music, Parties etc.

Further I cannot take part in Gossips, chatting etc.

No one around me is interested in JeevanVidya | so I never speak |
No one around me want to speak with me | as I am deaf? ? ||

But I am very much happy as I feel that it is a God's boon.? Because of this
1) I am able to shut my ears at any time by switching off my hearing aid machine! (I generally prefer to keep my machine in switch off position and I switch it on if it is necessary!!)?
2) I am able to concentrate at any time.? and lastly
3) I have ample time for any purpose which I like.

I am enjoying my life well.? I am happy also.? I never worry for the things which I have not got but always think what I have possess and express gratitude whenever I get chance to express it.? I possess strong faith in "je ghadate te changalyasathich जे घडते ते चांगल्यासाठीच" This helped me to maintain positive approach.

n that so intelligent too!! Plz guide us on the same......... Cheesy

In JeevanVidya the question of intelligence does not arise at all.? A person who performs his Sadhana gets the wisdom automatically in proportion to the duration and quality of his Sadhana.

But I am trying to explain the basic concept I have kept in my mind while studying JeevanVidya.

I. Reading of books.
1) I am reading the books not to gather the words but to go beyond the words.? If I will read more and more and achieves the command on the words without any Sadhana, I will be a good Pandit पंडीत but I will never be able to know god.
2) I always want to remember the example on page no 181 of Tooch Ahes Tuzya Jeevanacha Shilpkar As per the said example our Satguru is our mother.? She wants to show the moon (SwaroopChandra स्वरूपचंद्र) to us.? But she knows that though she is able to show us a moon, we (the children) have no capacity to see it directly.? Therefore she is showing us the branches of the tree.? These branches of tree means the various books written by her.? We should not commit a mistake of sticking firmly to the words in the books but we should go beyond it to see the moon (SwaroopChandra)? Otherwise same thing will be happened with the books, which has been happened with MurtiPooja मूर्तीपूजा.? I always tell myself that I will be able to go beyond the words with the help of Sadhana only and not by reading more and more books. (In other words by viewing various other branches of the trees.)

Same thoughts have been expressed by Geeta Datar while answering Varsha's question. She wrote? "However your progress in your Sadhana is the only answer to everything. Till then these are all words only."? She has expressed everything in a sentence.
3) I always read less and think more.

II. Forum Activity:? While taking activity in the forum,
1) I never try to put my thoughts to convince others but I always put my thoughts which have convinced me.
2) We all are the students of JeevanVidya who are studying under the fifth method described by our Satguru (Vidyarthyana Margdarshan JeevanVidyeche विद्यार्थ्यांना मार्गदर्शन जीवनविद्येचे) and therefore if I am wrong someone will correct me.? I am interested in having correct concepts only.? Who is correcting me is totally immaterial.? I therefore, request to all.? If I am wrong, please do not keep mum.? Please correct me.? I think it is the duty of our senior JVM members to guide me if I am committing any mistake.
3) I know that my English is not so good and I have no habit of writing in English and therefore, Before posting I generally write my post on rough pad and use spell checker.
4) I always read my post 2-3 times before posting it.? This help me to use proper words (as per my vocabulary).? I have purchased two English books of Satguru to increase my vocabulary.? But I am bit slow while reading English books as I have to read it with the help of dictionary.
5) After posting I read my post once again after some time. And so many times I get mistakes which I have to correct.? If you will see my post you will be able to know my post has a foot note (Last edit).? But I never make any material changes.? I am doing all thease things because I am interested in perfectness only.
6) When I use Marathi word in English language I make it Italic.

III. The path of my progress should be as under.
1) The reading of books should make my concept clear.
2) The clear concept must lead to build strong faith in my Sadhana साधना
3) Because of this faith my Sadhana must increase.
4) This increased Sadhana must increase the quality of my Sadhana.
5) And as a result, I should feel that I am acquiring more and more wisdom in my day to day life.

I am writing all these things because this attitude has helped me.

Namaskar to All. Best wishes to All

Namaskar Mr Bhagwat,

I was reading your post regarding the conflicting information that comes from the subconscious mind ( ie negative imprints) and vishwaprarthana ( positive input from conscious mind) when we initially start prarthana. I am experiencing this in my sadhana now. Initially, I could not understand why my negative thougts were increasing when I first started prarthana- I had to try very hard and still do but your post made the theory very clear- thanks so much. I will do the prarthana with greater force when I encounter negative thoughts.

My grandfather gave me the analogy of an ant hill or a snake pit- when we poke it with a stick to destroy it the ants or snakes come out with greater force, same with our subconscious mind when we try to cleanse our conscious mind, the subconscious mind sends negative imprints with greater force since its not used to so much positive info.

Thanks again

Namaskar Gargi,
Your grandfather has given perfect example which we can visualize.? This is because the example is in our day to day life.? The only difference is that,? the snake or ant react with anger.? But the sub-conscious mind has no business with anger.? But I have to think on the subject in more details as it is a example given by your grandfather.? I will write you on the subject in more details.

Namaskar to All, Best wishes to All
