I really appreciate your urge to do the good by conducting Baal/Yuva Sanskar Kendra! My accolades and best wishes to you...

1. You can ask all naamdharak from adjacent shakhas to send their children.
2. You can also arrange an opening ceremony to start with and to attract more and more people. (like arranging a prabodhan, career guidance melawa, etc.)
3. Word of mouth gains the best publicity! Go on increasing the credibility and innovativeness of your kendra to attract Yuvas/children.
4. Using games, group discussions, on the spot drama, debate, et al. (excerpt from Orkut JVM comm.)
5. Gain more & more punya and knowledge of JV!

Maybe others would be able to guide you better...

Please contact office bearers of your nearby branch, Please attend monthly meeting of your center and ask Secretary to take meeting of all yuvas, naamdharaks of your center.

Have innovative ideas to conduct sanskar kendras. You can discuss your ideas with other yuvas on various jvm communities on orkut!
