Hi all,
Yesterday I had discussion with my husband on reincarnation...He doesn't agree with reincarnation...He says there is no proof for this...after death there is nothing...no one can tell what was he in previous birth...Can u tell me a pair in which one was 'X' in this birth and born as 'Y' in the next birth!
How can I prove this???

Hi Varsha,

Just assume that if the person gets to know what he was in his last birth, then there will be lot of chaos and confusion in whole world as he/she will be keep on thinking and try to recall about past birth. And if he remembers the all previous births , then the huge amount confusion will pile up and hence difficult for him to live life happily.

It's not possible  to prove 'pair in which one was 'X' in this birth and born as 'Y' in the next birth!'
by human beings.

Hence instead of thinking past, make our and other's present life happy.

Namaskar Varsha,

I have some basic questions in my mind before thinking on the subject.
1) Why we want to prove that reincarnation exists?

2) What is our business with it while performing our Sadhana?

3) Our today's Sadhana is going to determine our next birth and it will be definitely very much favorable if we continue our Sadhana. Then why  we should discuss about our past which we do not know.

4) All the impressions of our old "Janma" are in our sub-conscious mind and we don't have assess to it.  We have not achieved that stage yet.  In such a situation I will prefer to leave the debate as it is, if I had it with someone in the past.

5) I am ready to learn more on the subject only if it is helpful to my Sadhana, NamJap, Prarthana etc. Otherwise I think it is a wasteage of energy and time.

6) Lastly,  I accepted the concept of incarnation because;
a) it helped me to know and understand the universal law of cause and effect.
b) It helped me to know and understand how someone may get the fruits of his good or bad actions in the next birth also.
c) It helped me to know the working of our divine bank.

I think this is sufficient for me to concentrate myself on sadhana.

ज्ञानेश्वरांनी वयाच्या सहाव्या वर्षीच चांगदेव पासष्ठी लिहिली. इतरही अनेक ग्रंथ त्यांनी लहान वयातच लिहून पूर्ण केले. हे सर्व त्यांनी पूनर्जन्मी केलेल्या सत्कर्मांच्या (म्हणजे पूनर्जन्माच्या सिद्धांताच्या आधारेच) पटवून घेता येते. हिंदू धर्माची तर पूनर्जन्माच्या सिद्धांतावर अघाढ श्रद्धा आहे.

दुसरे असे की सगळ्या गोष्टी प्रयोगशाळेत सिद्ध करणे शक्य नसते. ज्याअर्थी धूर आहे, त्याअर्थी आग ही असलीच पाहिजे. विश्वातील अनेक प्रश्णांची उत्तरे पूनर्जन्माच्या सिद्धांतामुळेच मिळू शकतात. त्यामुळे पूनर्जन्माचा सिद्धांत मान्य करणे क्रमप्राप्तच आहे.

Hello friends,
Thank you so much for reminding me the points I forgot in the flow, while explaining reincarnation.
Actually my husband is not a Namdharak,but he has recently started taking interest in Jeevanvidya.
He needs proofs everytime and he doesn't? agree till the point he is really satisfied.

That way Jeevanvidya is scientific.All the things r very well covered in basic course ,but somehow he could not managed to join it.
It will be great if the basic course will be available online.

If he has some doubts again then I will tell him to join this forum and get the answers directly becz it will be more effective if all of you answer him and tell your views ....

    U both should read 2gether 'Andhar Andhshraddhecha' 4 in depth understanding of Reincarnation in a scientific way. U need not always have 2 thrust upon ur husband the philosophy of Jeevanvidya by discussing only. Plz make him READ some of Satguru's books.....That will make all the work done !!

Dear Varsha,
I can understand your problem. I have read some news about it. But so far I havn't come across such example. But that doesn't mean it hasn't happened. We have been blessed with one good ability to forget. If we start remembering everything right from our birth then also our life could become miserable. In mahabharat Bhishma could remember what happened in his previous births onlt after he was blessed by Lord Krishna with that ability.

To find out any examples of reincarnation the simplest thing you or your husband can do is type "Examples of reincarnation" in Google search. You can find several links on that subject.

Energy can neither be created nor be destroyed. But it can be converted from one from to other. Water can be converted into steam. Steam can be converted back to water then water can be converted to ice etc etc. Kinetic energy can be converted to potential energy and potential energy can be converted to kinetic energy.

 if you click on the topic,'Life After Death'  on Google search, you will find many examples from India and abroad who narrate the near death experiences and expeiences from previous births. please go through them.
