which is more effective way of chanting VP?

I am chanting VP since 2 mnths..BUT it is not coming from the bottom of the heart....because of surroundings around me AND HENCE i am not getting Man:Shanti.Sadguru has told many ways to chant VP in VP che Gupit.Then which will be better one for this.Actually I am chanting by touching tongue to tala(up).so pls help me for this..

Dear Kanchan,

Sorry for replying late to you. Actually in whichever way you feel comfortable and feel happy-relaxed is the right way for you. Initially when we start chanting  VP we should not worry about the intensity of feeling while chanting VP. Just pay full attention to the meaning of VP, every word of VP while chanting it. Gradually you will surely start chanting VP from the bottom of your heart.
