Hello friends,

I am watching saduru?s program on DD-10 regularly.  Last Sunday I have recorded the same in mp4 format.

I want to know should I forward the same to my friend (or any body who is interested to listen the same). Is there any copy write issue?  Kindly inform me accordingly.

Regards,

Prashant Adkar

I am not sure about Copy Write issue. But Copying and distribution to others without written permission of appropriately authorized person/s will definitely mean violation of Copyright.

Be careful!

Hello friends,

Forwarding of clip is violation of copyrights. I do agree.

But can we record and keep that clip for our personal reference, means we can revise the pravachan ' n ' number of times.

Please guide me.

I understand that we can record them but simultaneously JVM is also launching the VCDs of the same......
So, distributing them or showing them in public may mean violation of COPYRIGHT !

Namonamah,
What is the "official" JVM position on this?

Thanks and regards

Prashant and MK,

It is expected that we do not record the pravachans let alone distribution. We can buy VCDs of Satguru's lecture at a nominal price with two Sahyadri lectures per CD. We are thinking of making few MP3 pravachans available at marginal cost as per visible future plans. We might want to make the streams available on internet through JV website in future or might have our own internet radio channel.

Hope that clarifies the point.

God bless you, God bless all,
