Namaskar  Manasi and all!

Sorry to reply you late Manasi.  It is really good thing that you are chanting 1000vp every day.

Tuzya prashnache uttar samajanyasathi tula Conscious Mind-bahirman  ani Sub conscious Mind- antarman yanchi kary padhdhati samajavun ghene avashyak ahe. Please read chapter ? ?Shankar Mhanato Tathastu? from the ?Amrut Manthan?

See our perception of any situation or event depends on sanskars- (impressions of thoughts) which are deposited in our subconscious mind. (antar man)

These thoughts are received from various sources like our parents, relatives, friends, teachers, books that we read, films, tv programmes that we see, experiences that that we face etc.  All these thoughts, experiences, events are deposited in our subconscious mind.
Our reaction-behaviour as a result of any event in our life depends on these deposited thoughts, feelings, imaginations which we have received.

Apalyala jashi savay lagate tyapramane apan vagato ani savay hi anatarmanat je vichar deposit hotaat  tyapramane asate.
Ekhadi action bahirmanakadun anek vela zali tar tich action nantar nakalat hou lagate. Cycle chalayala shiknyapurvi  cycle  halu halu  ani prayatn purvak shikavi lagate pan nantar apan sahajapane  cycle chalavato.

Subconscious mind madhil vichar  directly badalata yet nahit. Tyamule savay badalyala vel legato. Conscious mind ne ek vichar dharala ani to vichar parat parat kela tar hahalu to vicharache impression antarmanat adhik adhik gadad hou lagate. To vichar manat thasu legato ani mag to vichar aaplya jeevanat akarala yeto. Mhanunach Shri Satguru mhanataat, ?Vichar tasa jeevanala aakaar.?
Antarmanachi hi kary padhdhati  samajalyavar ase lakshat yete ki, jar ekhadi vait savay badalyachi asel tar dusari changli savay aplyala lavayala lagel.

He karnyasathi changli action anek vela prayatn purvak varanvar  karavi lagel.  Negative vichar karnyachi savay anek varshanchi aslyamule, tasech sanskar anek varshe aplya manavar zalyamule lagech janar nahi pan jar attahasane apan vp mhanat rahilo, Shri Satguru granthanche regularly vachan kele, tyanchi pravachane aikali  tar hi savay badalali jail.

man +ve vicharane bharu laglyavar  -ve vichar nishprabh hotat ani +ve vicharanche impression adhik thasthashit hou lagate. Antarmanacha pattern +ve vicharancha hoto ani mag jeevanat +ve paristhiti  nirman hote.

Aplya Jeevanvidyechya website var Jeevanvidya Smarani ani Jeevanvidyeche vidyarthyana margadarshan he download karun vachata yetil.

Good day,

I would also like to share my situation same like yours. For a human being, getting negative thoughts is very natural. The only way to get rid of it is to push it out using positive thought. It needs just some practice of taking care and observing what type of thoughts are coming. Vishwa Prarthana will off course help, so you should continue it.
I experienced that going for granth dindi helps to get rid of these -ve thoughts, beacuse you always think of sadguru and his granths.
It is the fastest way to procure +ve thought.. Also your ego will be going down to the loest levels and as sadguru says "ahankar gela, tuka manhe dev zhala".
For granth dindi you need to read sadguru's all graths too.
So my opinion you should experiment this out...granth dindi.

Thanks and Best Regards
