Dear all, We can share our experiences in studying Sadguru's Granths. We can also disscuss difficult topics which will be really helpful for a new reader like me.I have started reading 'MANGALKALASH' in which first topic is 'PARMESHWAR'.I had attended discourses on this topic...I agreed to the topic, in fact started following according to JVM's God concept... But now when I read the book and understood it,my view towards life has changed ! I am so happy...
Initially I found the topic difficult to understand so I was a bit nurvous and then on next day I read it again and again and? it reached my brain! It could be becz of my vishwaprarthana chanting. Sadgugru you are simply great!Thank you so much for being there for us.
I will need your help in further studying...
God bless all...

Vitthal Vitthal,
Dear Nikhil, Can we please start some test on whatever we study in Granths??? I am studying and I want to make sure whatever I am understanding is correct and I am fully understanding it. Or what we can do is ask one question weekly and we will answer it and verify if it is correct. From other's answers we can cover the question from all diamentions... It will be really helpful for 'Divyabodh'...
God bless all... Varsha

Dear all, I am reading MANGALKALASH again and again and I am stuck with following sentence:
JEEVACHE MUL SWARUP AANAND ASUN JAANEEV HE TYACHE ROOP HOY VA SHAKTI HA TYACHA GABHA AAHE...
Sometimes I feel I have understood it...next time I am again confused!
I am not getting exact difference between SWARUP and ROOP.Can anybody explain it to me with examples?
Well what example I can imagine is Water:It's chemical formula(SWARUP) is H2O and it takes the form(ROOP) of ice, steam. Is this an appropriate example?
Or is it well explained in some other book?Really need your help.

Hi Varsha
I think Satchitanand swaroop cassettes by Sadguru( They are 28 ) will help you understand Roop and Swaroop better.
However your progress in your sadhana is the only answer to everything. Till then these are all words only.
God bless all

Actually, what u said is partly correct but the Swarrop of water is not H2O but Satchidanand ! Another ex. is of Furniture....wood is its basic Swarrop (than Satchidanand) which when deleted ,the roop i.e.the furniture vanishes! So, Swaroop is that 'thing' which when deleted, the 'roop' vanishes......! Hope I've put it in a simple manner......... Viththal Viththal....!!

Hello Vaibhav, Yesterday I listen to 'satchidanand' tapes 1,2 by our beloved Sadguru. He has explained it in so simple words! He has given example of ocean and waves in ocean...what is there in wave?...water. and what is there in ocean?...water!...i.e their swarup is same water.
As you said if swarup is removed roop vanishes, then in this example if water is removed wave vanishes as well as ocean vanishes. If we consider ocean as chaitanya shakti, wave as Jeeva(roop) then if aanand is removed Chaitanya shakti as well as Jeeva both vanish! Is this right??
Or am I mixing too many terms??
Actually I want to explore more on Janeev and Aanand. So as to understand Satchidanand swarup clearly.

Viththal Viththal Varsha, Actually Sat, Chit & Anand are the attributes of Chatanyashakti and moreover they r not sole apart but we make it 4 our understanding!! These 3 r inseparable ! Out of those, CHit has to take Bhan of Sat & then only Anand will get manifested itself n that is what we call it as Sakshatkar('Anubhav' in simple terms). Truly speaking, Satguru's Satchidanand cassettes 1-28 have no alternative!! n I really appreciate ur efforts in getting known the subject, coz itz simply happening-amazing process!! Also, sorry 4 being late to reply! Viththal Viththal.....!!
