Dear Mandar & other all,

   Today I have attend Our Sadguru?s Pravachan at Mulund (28/04/2006). First of all we should thankful? to Mr. Shishir Shinde (a politician who totally against of Andhshrdha and buvabaji) for arranged this program. Program was very good. I tell you some words & sentence which sadguru spoken because you can not attend this program physically.

   Sadguru given general lecture about Jeevan Vidya. I choose some important as per my knowledge what I understood.? As follow?.

1) He said Jeevan Vidya have Sankalp (goal) that ?Rashtra Pragatitun VishvaShanti Kade? (first we should develop our country and then make the world peaceful & happy)
2) Youngsters or Students should go at top with the help of Science and Technology don?t do only ?Parmarth or
? ? Brahmadyan?. Both are important but ?Parmarth? is a small part of our life and ?Country? is a big part of our?
? ? life.
3) We can't live individually because every person is part of society. We should understand we have debt of society
? ? when live life and when you live like this it?s called Jeevan Vidya.
4) You have Sankalp (Goal) but when you saw a seeds in farm you will fertilized and watering it to grow better same
? ? thing if we want success goal just Try again & again (fertilizers) and do Prarthana or Prayer (watering).
5) We alwaya pray for our selves God give me so and so?? Sadguru said this chain Society ----
? ? Country ----- family ------ self. (think about Society first then about Country then about your Family and then
? ? about your Self)

   What I give here it is as per my knowledge & understanding Sadguru always gives us best but our hand are short to taken that wealth. If I made mistake please forgive me.

? ? ? ? ?I think most of registered? working out side of india. No problem for your kind information SADGURU told all namdharks or other pepole also. Speak at least "1000" Prarthana (Prays) in a day. You can use Handy Tally Couter to count it. And most of the Namdharks have started and they complet "1000" or more? every day. If you possible you can start and try.

You can ordered cd's or set. If you want list of all that you can contact Head office or if possible I will try my best to collect it OK. Please reply what you are think about it...

Dear Mr Bhagwat,
I will try to answer your questions. Other members also may contribute.
Q1) Will you please let me know how much time it takes for praying 1000 times?
A1)It should take 25-30 minutes depending on the speed. Thus total time required may be 4-5 hours.
Q2)Whether it is to be done in a single seating ?
A2)Not a must to do in a single seating. It depends on your ability sit at one place.
Q3)is shutting of the eyes is necessary ?
A3)It is not must. If you are sitting at one place andd doing it, you may tend to close your eyes. Please see A5 also.
Q4)Whether it is to be performed in groups? or performing individually is also allowed?
A4)If you can perform in groups, better. But it may not be practical everytime. Jeevanvidya doesn't insist on for something that is not practical for a common man.
Q5)Whether any one may complete it while performing his daily routine work? (I mean where brain is not engaged) फावल्या वेळेत चालेल का ?
A5)You can do it anytime, when you are mentally free. Otherwise it is very difficult for a working person, especially office workers to complete 1000 prayers. You can do it at all times after you get up night, except as noted at the end of this answer. While walking, while traveling by bus, while taking bath, eating etc. You need not stop even while urinating etc. In fact if saying Universal prayer becomes a habit, you may end up doing it while urinating also. If that happens, there is no harm. No need to woory. In fact you should be happy, if it happens and if you notice. Universal prayer is full of positive thoughts. Hence no any restriction of place or occasion or time.

You should be very careful while driving if ome people may tend to close eyes.
Secondly, you shouldn't be worrying about something or haviing some negative thoughts. Otherwise no special instruction. Prarthanevarach laksh asave. Kahi Sovale vagaire nahi. Yeyil taisa ani vel milel teva mhana Vishwaprarthana. But if you do it at least for half an hour and then until you go to sleep, then very good.
Q6)प्रार्थनेच्या सुरवातीला अथवा शेवटी विषेश काही करायला सांगितले आहे का ?
A6)Nothing special. You should do what Satguru advises you to do for your stage.

I understood the meaning of the speed. I also understood that the time will be 4-5 hours according to speed. But what you are saying about 25-30 minutes?

Hi Sham,

I guess Deepak meant to say that you will take 25-30 minutes to complete one block (i.e. 108 iterations) of universal prayer. So approx 10*(25-30) minutes ~ 4-5 hours (for 1000 iterations)
