Dear S G,

1. Still you should try to curb the tradition. Even one person hurting your father is against the fundamental human dharma. This tradition may die its own death but we should make sure that we stop any tradition which is against MANAV DHARMA asap. Satguru says SHAREER SAKSHAT PARAMESHWAR.

2. What would you prefer to be called? S G or or your birth name? Would prefer to use word Satguru for Satguru Shri Wamanrao Pai only to avoid any confusion of the reader who is glancing through the posts.

God bless all,
Subhash

Dear Mr Bhagwat,
I apologize for error and late reply.
Satguru started calling person with the title "Namadharak" after the process of "anugraha". Thus the JVM people got used to word Namadharak for "anugrahit" people in last fifty years. That was the background of the word Namdharak.
No doubt, people like you are true "Namdharak" if we look at the meaning of that word. Non-Namdharak is not applicable to you.

Through some posts we realized that some people like MK don't like to be called as "Namdharak". We are creating different categories for forum members. It will take some time to streamline.
Thank you for highlighting the error. Please give us some time until administrators are able to do corrections.

You are taking so much interest in JV philosophy. I am sure you will continue with your contributions.

May God Bless all,
Deepak

Dear Deepakjee,

I appreciate your attempts at streamlining the groupings.

Your post contains a reference to me that could create misconception: I would very much like to be called a namdharak if (1) I had that adhikar or (2) I had obtained anugraha or(3) it would not have been misleading. Actually I had been most worried about the third condition.

I am sorry that adjustments to accommodate me have caused inconvenience to Shamjee.

Pranams
Sorry for late reply. I come to forum only when I am in Bombay.

Thank you for your concern about the slapping ritual in our sect. We ( and the older generation) sincerely feel that if we try to stop it, there will be opposition. But if we do not do anything, it will die out.

The forum is vary useful to me and will help me and preparation for future of our BSS matham.

S G

SG namonamah,

I read with interest your posts and various sincere replies. I tend to agree with your view. It might be better to let the whole thing die.

You mentioned about merging your sect with some other. Why not consider merging it into JV? Not necessarily now, but whenever you would naturally be doing it.

Just a thought.

Dear MKjee,
God Bless you and all the forum members.

Thank you for suggesting merging into JVM.

Like you we are also evaluate JV
But the decision will be taken in 20010

At this point I see one difficulty because we believe in kleshmukti at death. we do not accept rebirth.

Thank you again.

Namaskaar Milindji,

Thank you for your compliments regarding poems.

No I am sorry, your interpretation needs to be corrected.

Actually in this poem the "I" who thinks about himself-herself  should be  referred as False ego. Deh bhav-deh-budhdhi, an intellect which thinks that I am body so behaves accordingly. So he/she thinks only about the necessities and needs of one individual-himself/herself.

When There is knowledge about self one understands that he/she is not a body but is Chaitany Shakti. who is manifested in the body-to which he/she was attached earlier (True ego) as well as C. S exists in all other bodies. His vision is broadened as a result of divine knowledge  about self. So does not think about only about  one individual existence but also about all other existences as now his/her intellect is no more attached to body. With the self-realization false ego is melted into true ego.

All this needs sadhana, Satguru's guidance, satsang, study, seva and His grace.

May everybody be blessed  with Satguru and His grace!

  Dear S. G.
       Namaskaar,

Following thoughts came to my mind when I read your mail saying, ' At this point I see one difficulty because we believe in kleshmukti at death. we do not accept rebirth.'

Life principle-Chaitanya Shakti is flowing through all existences in this world. It is the desire of this life principle to be expressed as joy, happiness, peace and abundance.

Hence we find that there is celebration of joy, happiness and bliss in the nature all over the universe. The sun manifests bliss in the form of light. Trees project bliss through their flowers and fruits. The ocean turns salty water into sweet water and showers bliss. The earth supports everybody and showers love. JV says that, man being part and parcel of nature must also celebrate joy, happiness, peace and love through all his actions throughout his life. And this is the divine message to the entire mankind.

The person who has the knowledge of laws of nature always speaks, thinks, wishes and does actions which will bear sweet fruits in terms of happiness and joy; while the one who is ignorant of the laws of nature; E.g. Law of action and reaction etc. will be lacking wisdom to lead the life happily. Hence if he/she does any negative reaction knowingly or unknowingly at the level of thought or mind would be the invitation to the pain, sorrowful conditions, and troubles in his life; which might come sooner or later. We sow the seed of negative destiny and forget about it and hence we are surprised when we see the tree bearing bitter fruits. So when we experience pain, sorrow and troubles in our life we think that living life is a painful process.

JV says that do not blame nature or God for troubles because destiny is your own creation and God has nothing to do with it. Rather than blaming destiny or anybody, learn the art and skill of living happily. Respect the laws of nature, science of functioning of mind, true concept of God and wisdom to lead practical life. We can be guided by Satguru's advice. We can take the direct guidance of Satguru after taking prior appointment.

It is interesting to remember the fact that we can put interaction between action and reaction so that the reaction can either be suppressed, delayed or turned into milder reaction. This interaction could be in terms of naam jap, VP or any other sadhana which is given by real Satguru. (This process is explained in detail in book written by Satguru named, 'Your destiny in your thoughts.' The classic example of interaction is Sage Valmiki. He was a robber in his earlier life and had robbed and murdered many lives, but he came in contact with Saint Narad and his life got so transformed that he became a great sage. This was possible because he followed advice of his Satguru-Narad muni and got totally engrossed in relentless naam jap sadhana for many years.

We are scared to be borne again because we have not learnt the art and skill of leading happy life. Therefore we find many panths and sampradays advocating their disciples to leave the desire of taking birth again and try to achieve moksha. JV does not believe in this meaning of moksha but says that moksha means becoming free, not from rebirth but from ignorance-Dehbhav.

Many people do not believe in rebirth. JV says that life is a continuous process and rebirth is a fact and does not depend on your belief or disbelief. A person may take birth in the house of land lord or a beggar. He/she may be borne as healthy child or as spastic or with some other anomalies. Nature does not discriminate anybody or is partial, favorable towards anybody; then how can you explain such events? To experience the effect of actions of which one has not experienced in his/her life time one has to take rebirth. Rebirth is the arrangement done by nature and it is unwise to regard such diversities as aberrations in the system of nature; which has such perfect intrinsically controlled systematized order. Concept of rebirth is accepted by many renowned social scientists and psychologists.

JV says that do not be afraid of rebirth. We should gain the knowledge about self by doing sadhana prescribed by Satguru and keep desire to be borne again and spread and share our knowledge which have learned through our sadhana and help others in gaining that knowledge. It is very selfish to think only about ourselves. We all have duties towards this world which has given so much to us.

Hi,
Why you felt to ask such question? I would like to here back ground of this question.

I agree that we are not using this ( orkut/internet) powerful tool effectively.
Any ways i feel we are neither spreading wrong/distractive things nor abusing some one.
so I don?t find any point in BANNING JVM?s community.
