Dear members,
Please avoid using "Forum" for Deepstambh or any other complaints. You may use telephone, email or "contact Jeevanvidya facility" within the website.
Best Regards,

Dear members,
Please avoid using "Forum" for Deepstambh or any other complaints. You may use telephone, email or "contact Jeevanvidya facility" within the website.
Best Regards,
Deepak
Shri Nikhil Pai,
Namaskar,

DeepStambha
Some are willing to use this forum to post their queries about DeepStambha as they feel it very easy and advantageous while some are facing difficulties into their day to day activities due to these posts. Outstation members want on line publication. The members aboard may facing difficulties to make a phone call due to inconvenient time zone. Some are saying that they had discussion on the subject. Taking into consideration all these points I feel it is now time to take a decision to tackle the issue for the benefits of all. Hence this post.

There are so many who are anxious about DeepStambha mailing. Their sincere anxiety force them to use? this forum. Further going through the post it seems that they are outstation members. But as a administrator you will have to decide whether the member may use this forum or not. A guest who will visit the forum will see that there is something wrong with mailing of DeepStambha. Actually it is not so. So many are getting their copy in time but they are not posting their acknowledgments.

Perhaps our member (at present there are 50)? may not know that there is facility in this forum to send message to other members. Hence all are posting their queries.
If you never mind, I am daring to suggest a solution for this.
1) A member or members may be identified to whom such message will be sent in future.
2) All subscribers will have a unique identification number which will be quoted by the subscriber while sending his query in the form of message to the person at 1 above.
3) When a new member will be joined a wellcome message will be automatically generated stating therein
a) the facilities in the forum
b) the main objective of this forum.
c) list of do and don't.
d) .............. more suggestion may receive as a reply to this post.
4) For the present we are sending email to the new members but the objective of its is totally different. as you know.
but sending all these by message the new member will have knowledge how to receive or send message in this forum.
5) One more advanced suggestion is that the subscribers who are also member of this forum may be notified when his copy is mailed. for this purpose a member who want this facility may be called to enroll his name for such facility. One more field will have to be created in the profile. A member as stated at sr.no 1 will be able to send message just selecting the member from the list.
6) Suggestion of Sending the DeepStambha by email is a good suggestion as it will serve the following,
a) Mailing will be easy.
b) Mailing will be cost efficient
c) Same day same time delivery.
d) If someone do not get it then sending it again will be easy.
e) Forwarding to others will help us to increase the JeevanVidya sphere.
7) The other alternative to publish it in this forum.
a) All the mailing problem will be solved.
b) our devotee member will be free for some other Seva.
c) The new member will enjoy to read the previous issues.
d) The number of members will be increased dramatically.
e) Even elder ones who generally keeps themselves away from computer will also participate in this new generation and this will certainly help us to minimise generation gap!!
Cool Last point is costing. The facility as stated in sr.no. 7 will be available to the subscribers only who have paid fee for that.
there will be expiry date and on that date if subscription is not renewed then access will be denied.
Other benefits of Sr.No 7 are as under.
1) In very short span there will be so many member registered.
2) We will have a forum spread all over the world.
3) The administrator will have a facility to reach them at once by just sending a message.

I am posting this for detail discussion on the subject. Further to get responce from the native members is also important because reading the book and reading on line is totally different. Further all may not have access to computers with internet facility. It means that Electronic method will not be an alternative but additional facility and any additions attracts more labour more expenses and more time.

Regards,
ShamBhagwat

नमस्कार भागवत साहेब,

खाली मी मराठीत लिहिण्यासाठी काय करावे ह्याची सूची दिली आहे. ही सूची Windows 2000 users साठी उपयोगी पडेल.

  • Go to Control Panel -> Regional Options
  • Select "Indic" under "Language settings for the system"
  • Click "OK", the system will ask you to restart
  • Restart the system
  • Install Baraha 6.0 from http://www.baraha.com
  • Start Baraha Direct 6.0 and press F12
  • In the configuration screen select "Marathi" as Indian language and UNICODE as Output format
  • Whenever you want to type in Marathi press F11 and then type (press F11 again to type in English). Note that you don't need to select any special font for doing this. You can type in Marathi at almost anywhere like in notepad, Start Menu->Run edit box, MS Word etc.
  • Don't use non-standard browsers that use engines of IE/Netscape in the background (e.g. Deepnet Explorer). I have found out that the edit box under Deepnet Explorer prints ?? characters instead of devnagari characters.

Happy editing... Smiley

धन्यवाद,
अमित.

नमस्कार अमितजी,
ISM Soft 5.0 do not support Unicode hence not useful for मराठी typing in this forum.

I have downloaded Baraha Direct 7.0 a upgraded version. You may like to try for this upgraded version. On running Bahara Direct a Icon is displayed in Notification Area. On right clicking it selected हिन्दी / मराठी language >> Unicode option.
The toggle key is F11 to switch between English and मराठी
Setting in Regional Language in control panel is now not necessary. The language bar is also not displayed on task bar.
I have Windows XP operating system. Please let me know whether the मराठी font is displaying well on your machine.
Viewing this through windows 98 operating system it look like a garbage. Anyway Microsoft is also stopping its support to Windows98 from June 2006.

Thank you very much. You solved my problem.
Regards,
शाम भागवत.

Dear Nikhil, Smiley
How are you,
it's fantastic renovation of site. Basically it's almost perfect or one can say it's a new scientific look to JVM
I have noticed some of things where we can have a change.
1) on the page of jeevanvidya forum there is no link to go back on the home page of JVM. the same thing on subsegments of JVM forum can u add the same so that we can directly jump on that page like other pages
2) If possible can we add timings & addresses of our balsanskar kendra as well as yuva kendra.
Please correct me if i m wrong

Definitely.
You can send me a soft copy of the venues & timings of the kendras & I shall arrange for it to be posted on the website.
Alternatively, we can open a new thread in these forums itself & post all the venues & timings there.

Hi all,

This is Rahul Parab..... joined JVM forum today...sorry for joining late
This is really a good platform which ties us together through internet......Thanx to all it's admin ,designiners & support teams.
Something about me.
I am in JVM since last 22- 23 yrs....(since age 2 to 3). I am from Kalachowki branch and always connected with it.? Currently I am in Jakarta for my project with my Mahindra British Telecom team. Last month , I was in Sydney ( Aus) for training.
In Sydney as well as in Jakarta.....the life is quite different....people are humble....sincere...kind...giving respect to others ( specially guest)....but less amount of social life.
I got these foreign opportunities because of Jeevan Vidya....param pujya sadguru....my family and the sankars done on me.

I am missing JVM and it's activities very much. But through this forum ,I will be well connected.
I have downloaded almost all JVM downloadble docs, music from JVM site. I have carried few CDs of sadguru's from India. But still want some thing more. If anyone has some files of Sadguru's pravachanas then pls download at some safe place and inform me.It will be great help for me.

Thanks and Regards,
Rahul Parab

Hi,
I am new to forum...It's a very fundoo idea to interact through forum...and I was waiting for the same.
I am here in Virginia,USA and my address keeps on changing becz of my husband's projects.
So I can't enroll for Deepasthambha becz of this address problem...Is it possible  to make Deepastambha available on this site???
After enrollment give password so that one can visit Deepstambha on this website.Just check if it works!

Jeevanvidya's website is fantastic! Especially forum and Sadguru's online discourses!

One more idea is emerging in my mind...can u start something like 'Today's word with Sadguru' in which every recepient will get an email from JVM with Sadguru's thoughts everyday?

Chal then bye...

God Bless You.

Varsha.

I subscribed to jvm yuva and got a few articles the first day but nothing for the past few days. Do you get these thoughts daily or am I missing something?
